Job summary

The Trout Inn, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role offers onsite accommodation and opportunities for progression within Mitchells & Butlers’ portfolio.

You will motivate staff, mentor individuals to be their best, and help deliver moments that wow guests, encouraging repeat visits and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to perform to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Mentor and develop team members to reach their potential.
• Ensure service quality in food and drink and overall guest experience.
• Act as Duty Manager when General Manager is unavailable.

• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
