Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Betchworth is seeking an Assistant Manager for a live-in role at Arkle Manor. You will support the General Manager, lead the team to deliver excellent guest experiences, and mentor individuals to reach their full potential.

This Permanent, full-time position includes onsite accommodation and the chance to contribute to premium country pubs with a focus on high-quality food and service. A pension and employee benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality leadership experience is essential.
• Proven ability to train and motivate a team.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train, coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.
• Lead to deliver memorable guest experiences.
