Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Arundel. You will support the General Manager with daily operations and stand in as Duty Manager when required.

With a focus on delivering premium food and drink in beautiful settings, you will train and lead a team to provide exceptional service and guest experiences, while enjoying the company's generous benefits and a clear path for progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations alongside the General Manager, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Inspire and train your team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to wow guests and encourage repeat visits.
