Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc in the UK is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Plough & Harrow to support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will mentor, train and motivate your team, uphold high standards across food, drink and service, and act as role model to develop talent while enjoying clear opportunities for progression within Premium Country Pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a hospitality team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to train and inspire staff to deliver great guest experiences.
