Arkle Manor, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The role includes acting as Duty Manager when needed, mentoring staff, and driving excellent service across food and drink offerings.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
