Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Royal Saracens Head. You’ll apply your management experience to support the General Manager, motivate the team, and drive a premium guest experience across all frontline operations.

Qualifications

• Management experience working as a leader in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and inspire teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Strong communication and people-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when required.
• Train and mentor the team to deliver excellent food, drink, and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to create moments that wow guests and encourage repeat visits.
