Welcome Break in Warwick is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at the Warwick North M40 site. You will support the Store Manager, coach the team on shift, manage stock and routines, and ensure a clean, well‑organised environment for peak times.

A strong leadership mindset and commitment to service are essential. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team with a clear path to progression toward Store Manager, and you’ll benefit from a rewarding salary up to £28,500 plus a bonus scheme

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Deliver great customer service and create a welcoming experience.
• Able to lead from the front and develop others on shift.
• Good at juggling priorities and staying organised in a busy environment.
• Understand standards, compliance and drive sales performance.
• Ambitious with a clear progression path.
