Welcome Break is seeking an Assistant Manager at Peartree Services to lead the team on shift, uphold high standards, and ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome and great experience.

You will support the Store Manager in retail operations across service, safety, people and performance, coaching the team, managing stock, routines and cleanliness, and helping the unit run smoothly during peak times. The role offers a clear progression to Store Manager with training and support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in a busy retail, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• Ability to deliver great customer service and create a welcoming experience.
• Ability to lead from the front, motivate and coach on shift.
• Ability to juggle priorities, stay organized, and keep the team focused during rushes.
• Understanding of standards, compliance and driving sales performance.

You’ll support the Store Manager in Retailacross service, safety, people, and commercial performance, coaching the team on shift, helping to manage stock and routines, and making sure the unit is clean, well‑organised, and ready for every rush. It’s a hands‑on role with real responsibility, and we’ll give you the training and support to grow into a Store Manager role.
