Job summary

Pret A Manger is seeking an Assistant Manager at London-Luton Airport. You will support the General Manager in daily shop operations, lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure top food quality and safety standards. You’ll drive performance during busy periods and help grow the shop’s success.

The role focuses on front-of-house and kitchen operations, with emphasis on coaching staff, maintaining high standards, and creating a welcoming Pret experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, food production, or similar fast-paced customer environment.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, drive performance and maintain high standards.
• Knowledge of operational and food safety standards; adaptable and growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations in support of the General Manager.
• Lead by example, motivate and develop the team, ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
• Coordinate front of house and kitchen activities, and manage stock and waste.
