Pret A Manger at London-Luton Airport is looking for a Front of House Leader to coach and motivate shop teams, drive performance, and uphold high standards of service. You’ll be the in-shop champion, rolling up your sleeves on the coffee machine or crunching the figures with spreadsheets.

You’ll lead with warmth and integrity, ensuring customers leave happier than when they arrived, while quietly protecting profit and creating a positive, energetic shop environment.
