• Experience in retail or hospitality, with ability to lead a team and drive guest satisfaction.

• Comfort with stock, safety, and operational routines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the General Manager.
• Lead, motivate and develop team to deliver outstanding service and quality.
• Train and coach team members to grow professionally within Pret.
• Support stock control, ordering, stock takes and waste reduction while upholding health and safety standards.
