Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Help lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and consistently high-quality food.
• Work closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure efficient service, uphold health and safety standards, and assist stock control.
