Job summary

Pret A Manger is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily store operations, helping to lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality food. You will foster a positive, inclusive environment, train teammates, and ensure smooth day-to-day running on the shop floor.

You’ll work closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams, maintain standards, drive profitability, and contribute to stock control and waste reduction while upholding Pret’s
