All Bar One Trafford Centre is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead a dynamic team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our stylish city centre bar.

Qualifications

• Must have management experience in hospitality or similar.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
