Pret A Manger is seeking a Team Member to help run a busy shop, delivering friendly service and high-quality Pret food. You will work across the kitchen, front-of-house and coffee areas, supporting the team to keep queues moving and guests delighted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with shop team.
• Balance workload across team by taking on tasks as needed.
• Work in FOH and Kitchen areas as requested by manager.
• Ensure FOH, Kitchen and delivery operations meet Pret standards.
• Understand and apply Pret standards; complete TM training.
• TM Star: demonstrate high performance and act as a role model.
