Job summary

Pret A Manger is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Gatwick location. You will support the General Manager in daily store operations, lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food, and help maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.

You'll be involved in training, coaching, and working closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure efficient service, health and safety compliance, and stock control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a retail/hospitality team.
• Ability to drive service standards and profitability.
• Experience managing stock, waste reduction and safety standards.
