Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in the pub sector. You will support the General Manager, lead from the front, and motivate the team to deliver memorable guest experiences in a local community setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
