Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to be at the heart of our pub management team. You will lead by example, ensuring customers and teams have a great time from the moment you step through the door. The role offers a competitive salary, pension contributions, and extensive staff benefits.

You'll support the General Manager daily, drive the guest experience, and help train and develop staff while upholding brand standards and safety protocols across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to train and develop team members and uphold brand standards.
• Knowledge of safety and allergen controls applicable to busy pubs.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
