Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy pub, joining our management team to ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll lead by example, delivering memorable customer experiences and guiding the team in absence of the General Manager.

You’ll bring strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt during peak times, maintain high standards, and support training. Eligibility for a Personal Licence is required or supported through our process.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers.
• Great communication and leadership skills to get the best out of people.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt during busy shifts.
• Attention to detail and high standards in all you do.
• Sufficient spoken and written English for safety and allergen controls.
• Eligible to hold a Personal Licence; Greene King will support you through the process.
