Job summary

The Harrogate Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is looking for an Assistant Manager to help the General Manager deliver a welcoming, home-from-home experience for guests in Harrogate. Reporting to the GM, you will lead a busy team, manage daily operations, and ensure high service standards across all touches with guests and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and support the General Manager to ensure the Inn feels like a home for guests.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain company standards, and foster a positive atmosphere.
• Coordinate with Chefs, Management and suppliers; manage stocktake and ordering.
• Handle accounts, assist with occasional sleepovers, and respond to guest needs.
