The Kings Head in Upton St Leonards is a welcoming village pub seeking an Assistant Manager to join the team. You’ll be part of the management team, helping to ensure every guest has a great experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Lead from the front, support the General Manager, coach your team, maintain high standards across service, food and drink, and build strong relationships with locals.

Qualificações

• Natural leader with hospitality focus.
• Experience in busy pub/restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Ready to take the next step into a management role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the front, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the pub
• Coach and develop your team, helping them be the best they can be
• Keep standards high across service, food, drink and the overall guest experience
• Take ownership when you're on shift and make confident decisions
• Help drive sales, maximise opportunities and keep the pub performing
• Build great relationships with your team and your local customers
