Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager at one of our trusted pubs in Leigh on Sea. You will join the core management team, guiding daily operations and ensuring customers have a memorable visit.

From opening to close, you lead by example to create a welcoming, safe, and high-standard service environment. You’ll bring energy to inspire the team, delivering amazing experiences for guests while maintaining brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• You’ll be great with people, with communication and leadership skills
• Think on your feet and adapt to busy shift challenges
• A keen eye for detail and high standards
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform role safely and understand allergen controls

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running and in their absence
