The Kings Head in Upton St Leonards is a welcoming village pub seeking an Assistant Manager to join the team. You’ll be part of the management team, helping to ensure every guest has a great experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Lead from the front, support the General Manager, coach your team, maintain high standards across service, food and drink, and build strong relationships with locals.

What you'll be doing

As Assistant Manager, you'll be a key part of the management team, helping to make sure every guest gets a great experience from the moment they walk through the door.

You'll:

• Lead from the front, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests

• Coach and develop your team, helping them be the best they can be

Qualifications

What we're looking for

You don't need to have done exactly the same job before. What matters is that you're a natural leader who loves hospitality, knows how to bring people together and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

You'll ideally have experience in a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality environment and be ready to take the next step into a management role.

We're looking for someone who:

• Cares about great service and attention to detail
• Enjoys developing and motivating people
• Is commercially minded and understands what makes a pub successful
• Can stay calm and organised when things get busy
