Responsibilities

• Step up as the manager in charge in the GM's absence, running seamless shifts and bringing our brand values to life.
• Lead the front of house team to deliver standout, feel-good hospitality every day.
• Provide constructive feedback, develop the team, and maintain high team spirit.
• Own the restaurant's curb appeal, standards, and safety.
• Collaborate with the GM to monitor performance, manage finances, and track service metrics.
