Job summary

Greene King pub is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub and leading by example to deliver great customer experiences.

You will support the General Manager, lead the team, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety. This role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management is preferred.
• Excellent team leadership and customer service.
• Ability to manage busy shifts and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running and lead in their absence.
• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
