Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a busy pub, leading by example from the moment you step through the door. You will ensure smooth operations, excellent customer experiences, and the effective management of the team during the General Manager’s absence.

You’ll role model high standards, support training, and uphold safety and brand guidelines, while delivering memorable guest experiences in a lively hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for team management.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt during busy shifts.
• Attention to detail and high standards in all tasks.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role and understand allergen controls.
