Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a busy pub team. You will support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead staff to deliver memorable guest experiences, and uphold brand standards while ensuring safety and smooth service throughout every shift.

You will role-model excellent communication, motivate colleagues, and adapt to the dynamic pace of a pub environment, contributing to a welcoming community hub for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications
