Incipio Group Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for its premium London venue to drive operations, elevate guest experience, and nurture a culture of outstanding hospitality.

You'll lead shifts, coach your team, collaborate with the GM and kitchen, ensure safety and training, and help grow our service standards in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

• Experience in elevated premium restaurants with dining-room leadership.

Juno is a contemporary Italian restaurant and bar launching at Olympia, a space that blends the ease of neighbourhood dining with the energy of a West London destination. Rooted in simple, produce-led cooking, Juno's hospitality will be warm, generous and effortlessly stylish. It's a restaurant designed to feel both familiar and fresh, with a menu built around seasonal plates, handmade pasta, and a confident drinks programme anchored by spritzes, negronis, and a considered Italian wine list. The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you'll drive operations, elevate guest experience, and help build the culture of Wolves of Tokyo.

• Have experience in elevated restaurants, understanding how to manage a dining room and lead a team into exceptional hospitality.
• Lead joyous, guest focused, shifts – managing everything from atmosphere to standards.
