The What...

As an Assistant Manager in Training (Team Leader), you'll lead and inspire the team on shift, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience in our centres.

You will join us as a Team Leader, with a secured place on our next Assistant Manager in Training intake, setting you up for success as a future manager.

No two shifts are the same; you may be welcoming customers, setting your department up for success, or coaching your team. Your professional and engaging customer service, high energy, and infectious enthusiasm will ensure our customers have an enjoyable, value-for-money experience with every visit.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:

Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9 am to midnight.

Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when availability from applicants is most needed.

Typical shift patterns include:

  • Weekday AM: 09.00 - 17.00
  • Weekday PM: 17.00 - 00.00
  • Weekend AM: 09.00 - 18.00
  • Weekend PM: 16.00 - 01.00

Shift times may vary by centre; specific hours will be confirmed at interview.

You will receive thorough induction and ongoing training, with opportunities for career development, including apprenticeship and management training programmes.

To be successful, you'll need:
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly, supportive, and helpful team player
  • Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns
