Harrods is seeking a General Manager to lead a modern Mediterranean café/restaurant in central London. You will manage a small team hands-on, communicate effectively, and inspire staff with a can-do attitude.

You should have a passion for sourcing ingredients and cooking with the seasons, plus experience in ordering, rotas, wage cost, GP and health and safety. The role offers attractive hours, five days in seven, and a path to grow with an expanding group.

Attractive working hours, 5 days in 7 and a great opportunity to grow and develop with an expanding group. A competitive salary is available based on experience

Experience managing and motivating a small team are essential and you will be responsible for ordering, rotas, wage cost, GP and health and safety. Experience in FnB manager and Fourth would be good but training can be given.
