Loungers is hiring an Assistant Manager for Rubino Lounge, a vibrant hospitality venue. You will lead shifts, support the General Manager, coach the team, manage stock and KPIs, handle guest concerns, assist with recruitment and training, and help nurture a welcoming, high-service environment.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality leadership roles such as Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager.
• Proven ability to manage teams across shifts and maintain service standards.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a variety of shifts (opens/closes/weekends) and delegate to the team.
• Coach team through regular feedback to maintain a welcoming culture.
• Understand rotas, stock, labour, and KPIs, supporting the General Manager.
• Handle escalated customer complaints with good judgment and allergen/food safety focus.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new starters.
• Be a visible, hosting presence on the floor to enhance Lounges reputation.
