Bite Talent is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a high-volume premium restaurant in Liverpool. This role offers up to £36,000 per year plus a performance bonus and the chance to grow with a recognised hospitality brand.

You will support the General Manager, lead and develop the team, and drive exceptional service, quality and profitability while ensuring food safety and company procedures are followed.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Take ownership of the restaurant operation during busy periods.
