Job summary

TMF Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, Fund Services to support delivery of company secretarial and fund administration for a Private Equity client portfolio. You will liaise with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to manage corporate governance, regulatory compliance and client deliverables.

You will mentor junior team members, assist with resource planning and staffing, and contribute to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Fund Administration or Private Equity.
• Proven client relationship management skills with service excellence.
• Previous people management or leadership experience is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of corporate governance and fund administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Private Equity fund clients; act as primary contact.
• Coordinate Board meetings, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and documents.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across client entities.
• Mentor junior team members and support staffing plans.
• Drive process improvements within the Fund Services function.
