Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight to a team responsible for delivering company services.
- Offer secretarial and related services to clients in the UK Private Equity and Real Estate sectors.
- Plan and distribute workloads, track progress, and review outputs to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct quality checks on administrative deliverables before release to investors, third parties, or clients.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, legal counsel, auditors, and external partners.
- Identify discrepancies in statutory records, escalate issues, and collaborate on resolutions.
- Compile, analyze, and present management information to inform strategy and improve performance.
- Lead performance evaluations and mentor team members for professional growth.
What You Bring:
- CGI-qualified (or equivalent), with over 4 years’ experience supporting UK SPVs, including companies and partnerships, in Private Equity and Real Estate.
- Experience in co-sec or company secretarial roles.
- Leadership skills with team supervision experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building trusted client relationships.
- Ability to navigate complex information and apply sound judgment.
- Effective delegation skills with goal-setting capabilities.
- Collaborative approach working with internal and external stakeholders.
