Dun Cow, part of Mitchells & Butler’s Vintage Inns, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the pub. You will motivate and mentor the team to deliver a warm guest experience and lead by example during busy shifts.

You will develop staff, train the team to deliver food, drink and service to high standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role offers pension, 28 days holiday, brand discounts, free shares and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in pub/restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop frontline staff.

Responsabilités

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
