MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC and its Vintage Inns collection seek an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team in delivering memorable guest experiences. You will mentor individuals to reach their potential and step up as Duty Manager when required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service.

You will train and inspire your team to deliver great food, drink, and hospitality, while acting as a role model and guiding development.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver excellent guest experience.
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire staff to deliver high-quality food and service.
• Act as Duty Manager in GM's absence.
