Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of its Vintage Inns pubs. You will support the General Manager in daily operations and be the Duty Manager when needed, leading a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You'll train and motivate your team, model professional development, and strive to WOW guests to ensure repeat visits. The role offers clear progression paths within the brand family.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
