Job summary

Domino’s in the UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, uphold high food quality and service standards, and drive team performance.

You’ll lead by example, manage staff, help with recruitment and training, control costs, and ensure health and safety compliance. Flexible hours, evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or QSR preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to motivate a team and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards
• Monitor and control labour, food and wastage costs to maximise profitability
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values
