Job summary

NFH Restaurants Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for Slim Chickens to work as a right-hand partner to the General Manager, overseeing front and back of house operations and delivering outstanding guest hospitality.

You will lead by example, develop your team, and act as a brand ambassador while supporting local marketing and ensuring compliance with company standards. This is a path toward future site ownership within a growing UK network.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership expertise in catering/hospitality.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in a management role within food service.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Customer-focused with guest hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest hospitality.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Slim Chickens.
• Assist with local marketing to grow sales and brand presence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
• Develop and train the team to be the best in their roles.
• Assist in future site openings and building an engaged team.
