Slim Chickens UK & Europe is seeking an Assistant Manager at Slim Chickens East Midlands Shopping Centre to lead daily operations and deliver a standout guest experience. You’ll manage a team, uphold brand standards, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

With a focus on team development, food safety and effective shift leadership, you’ll play a key role in delivering great results while maintaining a friendly, energetic workplace. Flexible weekend work is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.
• Strong communication skills, organisation, and a proactive attitude.
• A hands-on problem solver who can stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
