The candidate will manage opening/closing routines, supervise salesfloor and stockroom, handle staffing and payroll, train non-management staff, and maintain brand standards, product knowledge, and visual displays.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.

• Build and maintain visual displays.
