Nando's Chickenland Limited Fareham is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy shift, deliver legendary service and drive operational excellence. You’ll plan shifts, coach a great team, own the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery, and help grow profitability while keeping the dining experience fun and inclusive.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong customer service focus with leadership capabilities.
• Ability to plan shifts, schedule and manage resources across a busy period.
• Proven track record coaching and developing staff.
• A mindset for driving sales and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on shift, covering Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.
• Drive guest satisfaction, sales and cost control during shifts.
• Coach, motivate and develop the front-line team to perform at a high level.
• Ensure smooth handovers and a positive team environment.
