Job summary

Nando's Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver legendary customer service on every service cycle.

You’ll follow a three-month training plan to learn the Nando’s way, develop leadership skills, and contribute to store performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to manage busy shifts and deliver great customer experiences.
• Skilled in scheduling and real-time shift planning.
• Ambitious to grow into a senior leadership role.
