Job summary

The White Hart in Stockbridge is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead operations, ensure excellent guest service, and drive team performance. This fast-paced pub-hotel combines a community vibe with high standards of food and drink quality.

We value hands-on leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to staff development. Candidates should have at least 2 years in hospitality and a passion for great service and fresh food.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality management.
• Ability to create a friendly atmosphere for team and customers.
• Hands-on leader with the ability to manage the day-to-day running of the business.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Proficient with IT and hospitality tech.
