Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Romsey venue, The Cromwell Arms. You will lead daily operations, create a welcoming team environment, and deliver excellent guest service across our pub and hotel offerings. A passion for fresh food and wine, plus strong communication, will help you thrive in our fast-paced setting.

You’ll be supported by induction and ongoing training, with opportunities to grow within Fuller’s portfolio and benefit from employee discounts and Wagestream options.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or team leadership.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations of a busy pub/hotel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for fresh food and great wines, engaging service.
• Willingness to learn and develop through training and development programs.
