Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Haverhill is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our store team. With 39 hours a week and a £31,600 salary, you’ll inspire others, drive sales and deliver a warm, welcoming customer experience.

You’ll manage shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, delegate effectively, and build routines that maximise performance while keeping people at the heart of everything you do. Benefits include extensive holiday and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to delegate effectively to the store team.
• Strong focus on driving sales and customer service.
