Savers Health Home & Beauty in Blackburn is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a full-time role. The position is 39 hours per week with a salary of £31,600 per annum plus a generous bonus scheme. You will lead a store team and drive engaging customer experiences.

You will develop staff, build routine operations, and connect with the local community to deliver strong results and a welcoming store environment.

Location: Blackburn

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
