Savers Health Home & Beauty in Newport is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and drive sales. You’ll motivate your team, delegate effectively and create a welcoming environment for customers.

With 1+ years of retail management experience, you’ll build routines, spot opportunities to increase revenue and connect with the local community. This full-time role offers a 39-hour week and a competitive salary of £31,600 plus a generous bonus scheme.

Location: Newport

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
