Job summary

Savers in Haverhill is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the team. You will work full-time across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with a 39-hour week, and you will lead store teams to deliver strong sales while keeping the environment warm and welcoming.

You will connect with the local community, develop staff, and enjoy a benefits package including up to 33 days holiday, enhanced leave, and access to wellbeing apps.

• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong delegation skills to get the job done.

Location: Haverhill

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
