Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, delivering Costa experiences, is seeking an experienced Assistant Cafe Manager to lead daily cafe operations across our site in the High Street brand. You will supervise kitchen and service counters, manage inventories and budgets, and mentor the team to deliver outstanding food and service.

With around 40 hours per week and a focus on developing your catering career, you'll join a supportive employer that values individuality and rewards results.

Responsibilities

We're recruiting an experienced Assistant Cafe Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As an Assistant Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
